Applications are now open for the Manx Telecom Marg McGee Community Awards, for local charities, organisations and community groups looking to make a difference.
Named after Marg McGee, a cherished colleague who was a passionate advocate for community support, these bi-annual awards continue her legacy by funding grassroots initiatives that make a positive change in local communities.
The awards provide financial support to organisations and individuals looking to drive positive change. Applicants can seek between £100 to £1,000 for a range of projects, from youth development and well-being initiatives, to sustainability and heritage preservation.
Gary Lamb, CEO of Manx Telecom, commented: ‘We’re proud to open the next round of Marg McGee Community Awards funding, which shine a light on the incredible charities, organisations, and community groups that make such a positive impact across the Isle of Man. These awards are about celebrating their dedication, strengthening community spirit, and supporting the people who go above and beyond to make a difference.’
