Investment

One Group, Bigger Ambitions

In 2026, Manx Telecom Group became part of JT Group, backed by CVC DIF, the infrastructure arm of global private markets manager CVC. The deal, first agreed in October 2025, completed in 2026 after clearing regulatory approval, and instantly created the largest full-service telecoms provider in the Crown Dependencies.

JT Group is Jersey and Guernsey's leading telecoms operator, wholly owned by the States of Jersey. Decades of building connectivity, mobile, and enterprise infrastructure across the Channel Islands now extend to the Isle of Man.

CVC DIF is the infrastructure investment strategy of CVC, with more than 250 people across 12 offices worldwide. Their capital and infrastructure expertise are fuelling the next stage of growth for the combined Group.

What it means for you
